WordPress 4.3.1 Security and Maintenance Release is now available and it is a security release for all previous versions. It addresses cross-site scripting vulnerabilities and a potential privilege escalation.

If you use a WordPress managed hosting service, or have your site set to auto update you should be all set.
But make sure if your not that you update your WordPress site ASAP!
